Ebook Secrets Exposed – By Jim Edwards Reviewed

In Jim Edwards and David Garfinkel’s tutorial ‘eBook Secrets Exposed’, they take you through the process of writing and marketing an eBook, so you can make money on the internet. Instead of broad generalities on writing about a particular subject, the eBook shows you the five most important steps in finding a topic for your eBook that will be targeted to a specific market. As they point out, you must identify your target audience, making sure there a lots of sites already selling to them because then you know people are willing to pay for the information.

Together they talk about how and find to identify Niche markets along with the top ten reasons or motivations for people to buy anything. There is lots of information on how to take topics and frame them into an eBook concept. Jim and David point out that your eBook will be purchased to solve your prospects painful problem or be a way to obtain a desirable solution. You must know exactly who will buy your book before you write it. They clearly take you through that process step-by-step.

Of course the main problem is always how to find the ‘Niche Market’ that everyone always talks about. Although Jim and David do give you ideas on how to search for one, it is still a hazy realm within the internet. I would love for some internet guru to just list the markets that should be examined for creating eBooks.

With that one flaw noted, Mr. Edwards and Mr. Garfinkel do take you step-by-step through the process of writing an eBook that can be profitable, if you follow the steps they lay out for you in this eBook. So why would you take their advice? Jim Edwards has sold thousands of his eBooks online. Aside from writing eBooks, he has several CD-Rom products, videos, numerous audio tapes, software packages and a newsletter with thousands of subscribers. David Garfinkel is a copywriter and an award winning business journalist. He was the San Francisco Bureau chief for McGraw-Hill World News. More recently, he was the Editor in chief for ‘What’s Online’ a privately circulated Internet marketing newsletter where subscribers paid $497.00 a year.

Yanik Silver said: ‘Jim and David have really broken the code on what it takes to make big money with almost any eBook on the Web. If that’s what you want to do I (Yanik) can only give you one piece of adviceget this resource now!’

One of the most valuable points of ‘eBook Secrets Exposed’ is that they try to teach you how to find a hot market for your eBook and to find Joint Venture Partners that will sell your product. This is especially important if you don’t have an internet subscriber list of your own. They have even included email wording suggestions to send to potential JV partners. They further explain resale rights and how to build your own list.

‘eBook Secrets Exposed’ stresses how important it is to choose a topic that already has a market and has other people selling to that market. This gives you two vital opportunities: 1) the Market is established and 2) you have the potential for multiple joint venture partners. And why would you need joint venture partners? Because they already have lists of people who bought their products and they just may be interested in yours. The way to do this is mapped out in the eBook.

You will probably have to read the eBook through a few times to ‘get’ all the points that are included, but after the second or third time you’ll have a great grasp on how to write an eBook.

There is a section in the book that goes over using pay per click advertising to get conversion numbers (number of visitors to your website that purchased your eBook). Conversion numbers are used to entice Joint Venture Partners. Although this is an option, the down side is the days of the inexpensive pay per click are over, so this could cost you some money.

This eBook is very well written and packed full of information. The only other question I would have or improvement I would like to see is how to get joint venture partners in different ways when you are just starting out. This is always a murky area.

Other than my comments on Niche Markets and finding JV Partners when you’re new, ‘eBook Secrets Exposed’ is a very concise tutorial on how to write an eBook and market it to a targeted audience. If you want to learn quickly on how to write an eBook and you want serious information on marketing, I would give this book an 8 out of a possible 10.

When you decided that the time was right to look for business opportunities that let you work from home online, internet marketing affiliate programs like those offered by Click Booth were likely a big draw – for good reason; they make it possible to make money fast. For those affiliate marketers who made the decision not to design their own website (at least initially) and for those who have their own professional sites alike, article marketing is an effective tool for getting the word out about the products and services that you are promoting.

Even if you only work from home online, you’ll find that article marketing can easily be fit into the activities that you perform while running your home based business. The reason that even those who believe that they “cannot write” turn to article marketing to get the word out is simple: how else can you make money online free? That’s right. When you write and submit articles to various article directories on the web, you’ll be able to reach a wider audience without having to pay for the advertising.

Of course, reaching people about the internet affiliate program products and services that you’re promoting will take a bit of finesse. While good articles always include a link to the page that you are promoting – either within the article itself or in the resource box that lets you tell readers a bit more about who you are and what you do – the goal of the article is to inform. In other words, an article isn’t a sales pitch.

Instead, the articles that you use to market and internet affiliate programs should benefit the readers. Use your articles to focus on relevant information; let the reader see that what you’re telling him or her is really to his or her advantage. If, for example, you’ve chosen to promote a Click Booth service such as satellite television, don’t focus on selling that service. Instead write an article that speaks to the frustrations that they have with their cable company overcharging for inferior service; explain what satellite TV really is and provide some history. This sort of quality content that is appealing not only to the readers but also to publishers who are looking for content to use on their blogs or websites is far more valuable than a short link ad.

You did read that correctly – publishers of ezines and other email newsletters as well as a wide variety of bloggers and webmasters scan article directories to find content that they can include on their site: this is a remarkably good thing. Each time a publisher reprints your article, all of the links that you included must be in tact and active; that means that every time your articles are used, another link to the internet affiliate program product or service you were marketing will show up online.

Article marketing helps to establish your credibility by showing that you know what you’re writing about. Article marketing draws attention when your articles provide the information that people are already looking for. Others will put your links up for you by republishing that content. And, again, it’s free advertising for your home based business.

Internet Marketing Explained In 5 Minutes Or Less

Warning: trim() expects parameter 1 to be string, array given in /home/yurself/public_html/blog/wp-content/plugins/maxblogpress-optin-form-adder/optin-form-adder-lib/include/optin-form-adder.cls.php on line 120

Internet Marketing Explained In 5 Minutes Or Less

Internet marketing has gotten a raw deal! Most people just don’t understand it. Internet marketing is a complete mystery to them. Here’s a quick overview and explanation of Internet marketing that may help clear up the confusion.

Internet marketing is still a complete mystery to a large majority of Internet users. For many net users, online marketing is seen as some foreign area of the web, populated with silly get-rich-quick schemes and unsavory characters ready to rip off the innocent and uninformed consumer at the click of a mouse.

In fact, Internet marketing could not be further removed from this unfaltering picture. In reality, Internet marketing is populated mainly with hard working professionals promoting and selling high quality brand products by many of the world’s Top 500 companies.

Worldwide there are now over a billion Internet users, representing one large global consumer base or marketplace. The total amount of goods sold online has been steadily increasing each year as the Internet gains in both popularity and familiarity. Studies have shown people shop online because of lower prices, a wider selection of products, easier comparison shopping, and many just prefer not having to travel to stores to make a purchase.

Handling all this online e-commerce is a whole sector of companies, hosting providers, web designers, advertising agencies… and so on. All this online commerce has also given rise to a relatively new creature – the professional Internet marketer. Someone who makes a lucrative living helping facilitate, in one form or another, all this online activity.

Still Internet marketing has gotten a raw deal.

If you mention to any group of professionals that you’re an Internet Marketer and that you work full time on the Internet-you will receive some very skeptical looks and more than one arched eyebrow of disbelief.

Regardless of this lingering skepticism, Internet marketing has become a viable alternative for many disgruntled professionals dissatisfied with their working hours or conditions. It has become a viable alternative for many people from all walks of life, from the college student to the bored housewife to the retired doctor… all are enjoying a part time or full time income from the comfort of their homes.

And since the Internet is now practically available to everyone, anywhere in the world – Internet marketing is a level playing field. Anyone can make a full time or part time income from the web if they truly desire it.

There are many forms of Internet marketing. There are many online business models you can follow. There are countless ways to earn a good honest income from the Internet. Which path you take will be largely determined by your own work habits, your background and what marketing style you’re most comfortable with.

Here’s a quick rundown of the most popular forms of Internet Marketing:

1.The Brick and Mortar Store Online
Most major companies and retail stores have created online versions of their brick and mortar businesses. Even if consumers don’t buy online, many use these sites for gathering product information before buying in the real world. A factor many savvy businesses are exploiting in their overall marketing strategies.

2.Online Services
Many service industries have moved online, everything from travel to banking to dating! Again, the Internet can be a profitable extension for any service company.

3.Internet Products/Internet Gurus
Internet marketing has a whole history of pioneers who have forged the methods and techniques of marketing online – opt-in lists, mini-sites, article marketing, pay-per-click advertising, joint ventures… a brief history populated with such names as John Reese, Marlon Sanders, Ralph Wilson, Yanik Silver, Corey Rudl, Ken Evoy and countless others.

A whole new industry has grown around ‘How-to’ market online, info products, workshops and web seminars – teaching people how to market on the Internet. A marketer creating his own product can prove very productive – as seen by John Reese’s 2004 launch of Traffic Secrets, which earned over a million dollars in one day. (Without a penny of paid advertising!)

4.Online Advertising and Promotion
Pay-Per-Click advertising such as those offered by Google Adwords and other companies presents another viable marketing route. Keywords (the exact words typed into a search engine) fuel a large portion of the web’s activity, keyword marketing has become a major driving force behind most of the economic transactions on the web. This is a very lucrative sector for those Internet marketers who know exactly what they’re doing.

Then there is the whole section of SEO experts and consultants who command high prices for positioning companies or products in the top positions on the major search engines. Acquiring organic Top 10 search results (SERPs) will greatly determine the profitability of your online product or company.

5.Affiliate Marketing
One of the least understood, yet one of the most profitable forms of Internet marketing is affiliate marketing. An online marketer can join any affiliate program and promote its products or services on the Internet. You market the products, find customers for the company and receive a cut or commission for each sale you make from your marketing efforts. These commissions can run anywhere from 2% to over 50%. One affiliate click can earn you anywhere from a few cents to several hundreds of dollars.

Major third party affiliate programs or companies such as Commission Junction, LinkShare, Amazon, Shareasale… acts as a brokerage or go-between representing thousands of Top Brand companies such as Sony, Apple, Dell… to online affiliate marketers. Marketers can join a program such as Commission Junction or LinkShare and be able to promote and market hundred of top quality products or services online. They can consolidate their affiliate marketing through these third party programs.

Perhaps the most common business model for the majority of online marketers is the last example, or a combination of advertising and affiliate sales. Many work-from-home professionals have adopted this business model. They have created site or sites on the topic that interests them and of which they have or have gained some expert knowledge.

Once these sites become established and gathering a large amount of targeted web traffic each day, making a nice income can only be a matter of putting the Google Adsense code on their pages and placing a few appropriate affiliate links on their sites.

The more traffic these marketers deliver to their sites, the more income they earn. The more unique content they create, the more income they earn. The more web sites they design, the more income they earn.

What many people outside of the web marketing field fail to realize, the Internet is a 24/7/365 business. The Internet is always on and working for you. It is automatically producing income for you 24 hours of the day, while you’re sleeping, while you’re enjoying a nice meal with friends, or even while you’re on vacation.

Internet marketing can provide you with a lifestyle that is totally liberating – you can live and work anywhere in the world. You can be your own boss, set your own hours and work from the comfort of your own home. Plus your whole online Internet business can be automated so it basically runs itself.

Internet marketing is totally flexible. You can adjust your workload to suit your own work habits. Internet marketing is scalable, once you have learned how to make your first dollar, it is only a simple matter of repeating and scaling up what you did to earn that dollar. Computers and the Internet makes it just as easy to handle a thousand sales as it is to handle one sale.

As Internet marketing becomes better known, it will gradually earn more and more respect. It will become a well recognized profession that many will aspire to and follow as a life long career. Mainly because Internet marketing will give you the freedom rarely seen in any other profession.

It offers you mobility, a high standard of living, and a working environment that can’t be beat. It gives you the freedom to follow your own interests and hobbies; all the while turning those interests into viable revenue streams that supports the lifestyle of your own choosing. When it is all said and done, earning a living just doesn’t get any better than this.

This article is dedicated to review the SEO elite software and take an objective and honest look at this search engine optimisation tool. Is “callen’s seo elite” worth the money? “Should I buy SEO elite?” “Is seo elite a cam?” This are probably questions that you would like an answer to so in this review we’ll take a look at some of the questions and also take a look at, who should use SEO elite software.

Brad Callen’s seo elite quickly became huge thing in the IM (internet marketing) industry and most of the big guns to affiliate and SEO marketing is using callen’s programs. (Keyword elite included)

The resources that are available to SEO for free now a days can be excellent and if your short of money, you certainly don’t have to go ahead and pick up expensive software’s.

If your just starting out with a web site of your own or an affiliate marketing campaign and your just learning the ins and outs of this business, you might not have the money to buy seo elite and you can be successful with out it, with a lot of work and some guessing.

Now you have access to keyword suggestion tools that are a lot more accurate than they use to be and you can learn your way around how to compete with a website in the SERPS without using expensive tools.

However, there are important things you need to keep track of as a webmaster or competing affiliate that you can’t do for free yet without callen’s SEO elite software.
And if you’re a serious webmaster or marketer who makes money and understands the importance of competitive intelligence that you do need seo elite software because it will perform tasks for you that would be ridicules to perform manually.

If you would like to type in a competitors URL in a software that will return with all the information about your competitors web site and backlinks, the keyword anchor text in the back link, the PR the back link is coming from, with a list showing how many and what types of links your competitors get (EDU, GOV links etc.)

Imagine how easy it would be to select a niche to dominate and how easy it would be to compete with other webmasters when you know everything about there back links and the keywords they gather authority for.

This are some of the benefits of owning SEO elite.
Okay… by now, after you’ve read this far I can also say that this seo software is no scam. Brad callen usually produce high quality software’s and he’s keyword elite and the SEO elite would not be best sellers this long if they weren’t of top quality.

Part 2 of Affiliate Marketing Explained

Warning: trim() expects parameter 1 to be string, array given in /home/yurself/public_html/blog/wp-content/plugins/maxblogpress-optin-form-adder/optin-form-adder-lib/include/optin-form-adder.cls.php on line 120

Internet Marketing – What Does And Doesn’t Work? Part 2

Welcome back to our discussion on my experience of internet marketing. As I said before I hope to save you some money and time by learning from my stupidity. I will assume you read my first article and we will pick up where I left off. I only will talk about things I have tried personally.

Blogs And Blog Comments

As I have written before about blogs the spider engines love to crawl them for content and you stand a much better chance of achieving higher rankings with a blog than a traditional website. Blogs are a lot like forums and allow you to become part of a community of others blogs with similar niches.

Commenting on other blogs and asking intelligent questions is an effective way to build back links to your blog. Only market yourself this way when you can be the solution to a question or problem posed by another blogger.

Having a "my blog network" list right on your blog front page will attract other bloggers to be a part of your network. Posting frequently to your blog will have the search engines visiting often. Blogger.com even pings your posts automatically for you to alert search engines of new content.

Blasters

At one point I was faithfully blasting out ads to so called millions of opt in subscribers that were supposed to be out there hungry to join my program. That was until I was able to track hits to my affiliate link. I discovered that this yielded not even one hit after a week of blasting. Need I say more?

Free Classified Ads

Although some people say they have had good response from this method this has not been my experience. I got some response from people trying to sell me on the program or marketing method they were in but no real interest in my program.

Free For All Listings

A complete waste of time. Being found in these can actually hurt you in the search engines. Slap yourself if you are doing these presently and cease immediately.

Forum Marketing

I have had good success with forums as they allow you to have a signature box at the bottom of all your posts. To join these go to bigboards.com and you will find lots. Faithfully make a few posts to these with intelligent questions or comments daily and watch your hits to your links climb. There are lots of topics and you should be able to find something to participate intelligently in.

Article Marketing

Of course article marketing is the most effective way of building a web presence there is on the net. This is because people primarily use the internet for information. It took me years to discover this. It doesn’t take long to learn how to write articles if you have a little motivation. Submitting articles to article directories is the wisest move you can make.

Concentrate on the big ones like Ezine Articles and Article Base. A lot of people are intimidated by this because they think they can’t write. As the saying goes if you can make a grocery list you can write an article. Once you get going instead of submitting manually you can get some article submission software which allows you to submit much quicker. Writing is a learned skill and what you should do is get a mentor and you’ll be off to the races in no time.

So I hope this helps you in your internet marketing. All comments or questions welcome.

Let’s talk a little more about the experiences I have had with internet marketing online. In the interest of saving you some of the anguish I have had trying some of these methods. I am assuming you have an affiliate program that has given you a link and you are wondering how to market it. The first thing you may want to do is buy a domain name and forward your affiliate program link to it. Even better if you have a blog. Marketing your blog url is liked much more by the search engine spiders.

Safe lists

One of the first things I was involved in was safe lists. These are little groups of people that agree to receive emails from each other about affiliate programs they are in. There are literally thousands of them out there one can join for free. It then becomes a game of ” Hey you join my program ” and then they reply with ” No thanks, I have a program but hey you join mine “. Well you get the picture here. Unfortunately I can’t say I achieved much results in the years I used them or that this is a very effective way to find sign ups for your program. The other annoying thing is you have to agree to receive email ads from others and everyday you wind up clearing off hundreds of emails from your email account. If you are smart you can collect email addresses from the ads you receive and strike up business friendships by inquiring about other people’s programs. This takes longer but is much more effective than shooting out email ads about your program everyday.

Traffic Exchanges. Manual And Autosurf

These are websites that show your site to others as you view other sites. This is real traffic to your site but I would say manual exchanges where a person actually has to be there and view your site are prefered. This ensures they at least view your site for a time. Trafficswarm is the most effective one I have found simply because of it’s text ads, the size of it’s overall network, and it’s search engine aspect which I feel produces targeted hits. I have gotten signups from them in my programs.

I would say stay away from these autosurf sites where you can leave the room or take a nap and it surfs itself racking up credits for you. These autosurfs where you can earn money tend to be scams and the site simply disappears when they have suckered enough people into buying. Then they open up under another name. DO NOT PUT ANY MONEY IN THESE! You may win for awhile but eventually you will lose it.

Pay Per Click Search Engines

Of course the biggest and most well known is Google adwords. What you do is bid on keywords that are frequently searched in Google. Others are also wanting these keywords so the more you are willing to pay the closer to the first few pages you will wind up when a search is done. You only pay for actual clicks from actual visitors so these are targeted hits. It can be very expensive with Google or any of the big search engines so set yourself a budget.

A better route for you to go may be with some of the smaller search engines. Why,you ask? Because they have sign up incentives. They will offer you free pay per click money to get you going with them. Bonuses range anywhere from $5 to $550 in click credit. Even though these search engines are not as familiar they still will produce targeted hits to your site although at a slower pace than the big guys. To find these simply do a search in Google and punch in ” free pay per click money” or anything along those lines. Meteor surf, Search post and Mammoth search are a few that offer money that I have tried with favorable results. Using a keyword search tool first to figure out what people are searching is wise.

Internet marketing is a big topic so I intend to write another article on this in the future so stay tuned for part 2.
